| Alright so this weekend I finally got to play paintball. Well somehow I magically ripped my tiger stripe camo pant right in the crotch. So I was wondering whats the best camo print for a lightly wooded area? I was thinking either stick with tiger stripe or try woodland camo. Maybe possibly cadpat. Does anyone have any experience with these prints? I don't really wear the jacket so I'm not worried about that. Mostly the pants. Any info will be appreciated. | |

| The first thing you want to look at is the type of area you play in. I use woodland in my area and I am looking at maybe marpat/cadpat or multicam. In your area I would recommend a woodland pattern, either woodland bdu or the digital woodland, the marpat/cadpat would work real good for you too. | |

| I love CADPAT but you need real green foliage for it to work properly I would look into marpat omnipat and a few others or even ATACS FG (endor cam) but if you like CADPAT enough I can sell you a combat shirt and pants they work great but Im sticking with ATACS and Crown royal | |

| I like it but do you think it would be too dark? | |

| well in all reality camo only works when your not moving movment negates the camo as your eyes are trained to see movement....helped us when we were wiping our asses with leafs and hunting with sharpened sticks haha. It might be a tad too dark for that area but that does not mean that it wont work something with lighter area check out the ATACS FG or even Greenzone MARPAT would be similar to CADPAT in that area but might work better you have a ton of choices, and hell even if you dont want to blend in go crazy and have some fun. its not like you need to sneak by a ton of people....you would rather engage | |

| Trust me I've learned the art of "slippin" in the woods as me and my dad call it as far as moving slow out there. I just want something very close so that when I'm laid out someone doesn't see a huge obvious figure. Something to break up my shape a little. | |

| I would either do one of two things
1. Pick one that you think is similar to your surroundings and run with it for a while and see how you like it
or
2. a bit more expensive then option 1, is to buy some material of the camo your are looking at getting. like fabric or small items like barrel socks/bandanas ($2 each roughly) and test it out
or
3. play at several fields and see what others are wearing and make a choice based on what you think looks best
I personally would go with number one, do a bit of research and take several pics of the area for your self and then sit on google with your pics open and try and see what you think would be best. | |

| That might be the best idea. I know the team there plays with the dye camo that's similar to multicam. Not sure how well it really works though. | |
