| As far as i know both salvo and ab grip housings cannot support a response trigger..i own 2 abs had a third ab and own a salvo and neither of them have the cut outs for an rt cylinder ..from my knowledge they are only egrip capable..you might be able to modify a 98c rt to work... | |

| then maybe im wrong..i guess the alpha blacks are different..im looking at one i have disassembled and theres no slot for an RT cylinder to go...and im looking at my project salvo..and what do you know..it has a pocket for the cylinder and a hole for the piston...heh never noticed until now...i guess because my salvo is etriggered :)
An Alpha Black RT can be done with some modification to the grip housings...dont know how good you are at modifying things or if its even worth the trouble when an alpha/98c e trigger can be had for almost the same price as an RT | |

| Yeah I've seen people mod the AB to fit the Salvo RT, but I don't know how it's done, and I don't know if you have any experience with modding, oh and if you plan on sticking around you should make yourself an intro . | |

| Yeah I have no idea either, it's possible to work, but you have to make it fit in somehow. | |

| The Alpha Black is not designed to take an RT. You going to need to modify the grip(internally) by cutting/grinding a grove for the RT piston. If not done right, will not work properly. You are better off getting the E-grip for it. Or, if you really want an RT, you can buy the body halves for a Salvo and everything from the Alpha (including RT kit) will drop right in. |

| Yea my brother has a 98C with RT that is BA! He recently got a Salvo and wanted to put it in there but he just needs some longer tubing for the nipple off the back of the piston going up to the flow control, all inside the grip section. He was told that the new RT kits come with both a 98 hose and USArmy. I haven't looked at my AB but I know mine is newer than my buddies because he had to get a new powertube to cyclone his. Its odd but maybe in the newer models they have the ability to upgrade the ROF. | |
