How do/should you properly clean your marker after use? ... I have seen and heard many different opinions...
And remember...Not all of us are vets at this. If it seems basic and common sense to 'you'....It will probably be very useful to us new guys! lol

I fully clean and relube mine about twice a year, or if I get a ball break inside the chamber. Otherwise I clean the externals after every outing and make sure it is properly lubed each time out.

I may clean my tippmanns once a year, but give them a full clean external wise every once in a while.

Thanks...
Just warm water? Or warm soapy water?
And what kind of lube are you supposed to use on the markers?

Inside I'm just using a rag to wipe everything down and clean it up. Use marker lube/ oil to re-lube. Outside I use compressed air and a rag...cleans it awesome!

I usually either use a damp paper towl and q-tips to detail the rails and stock. or I just hose it. I've only cleaned the inside once and I just wiped with a paper towel and lubed.

Flash, as far as oil for the o-rings and such, I dunno if I speak for everybody but I use Gold Cup oil. I managed to find a bottle for pretty cheap at a flea market and it works great.
