| When you mod out your US Army marker...do you try to replicate it to an actual weapon (ie m4, g36 and so on) or something out of your own imagination?
Myself, ive always like that m4 carbine look... | |

| I like em as close as the real thing as pos. But there's nothing wrong in a little "creative license" if it's done right & matches the rest of the marker. I always wanted mine to look like a big, beefy, tactical, AR, monster. Weight has never been an issue for me either. I don't care if it weighs a tonne, just adds to the realism I suppose. | |

| I think creative liscence is probably the best way to describe the way I see milsim creations... but to be honest, if you start modding a marker enough it's going to look like a real life something or other eventually in my opinion. That is, unless you start making things yourself...

| I like a little creative license but I must admit that I cringe a little when I see an m4 front end with a g36 carry handle, a grenade launcher, a scope and a silencer on one marker |

| I agree with you, BIZL. I enjoy people being creative, but your AK-47 stock with an M16 shroud just looks kinda funny... |

| The gun already resembles an AR15/M4 but the area where it the hopper attaches is so long it makes the whole gun look like sone kind of unholy love child between german and american designs. I like to get them real but you can only get so close, ya know? |
