| As a rule do you guys think it's a decent idea to grab airsoft guns and cannibalize parts from them (i.e. rails, stocks etc) for your marker and if so why or if not why not? I've got an offer on the table to buy a G36C airsoft gun for $15 that is green and black tiger striped and I'm considering it just to be able to grab the top rail off of it and slap it on my AB when I get the rail system together. Lemme know what you guys think.

| Lots of guys here use Airsoft parts for there markers. Just make sure they are quality parts and you'll be good. There are a couple of guys on here that have airsoft P90's that have markers inside of them. | |

| You should! Rails can cost like 10-15 if they are long enough, by long enough I mean the length of the top of the AB . | |

| Honestly I'm considering harvesting the entire top rail assembly from the G36C but if all I have to do is cannibalize the rails off it to put on my marker, game on.

| Okay guys, here's the gun in question, yeah the middle is a p90 so if anybody wants it, I can let you know the details on the guy selling it on facebook. The top one is the one I'm looking at. Can any of you get a good enough look to tell me if that stuff looks removable to you? R | |

| I like the P90. PM me his details? If it's for the right price I'll put my 98 in it. | |

| Storm, it's one of the Spring operated ones. He told me that the front rail (I'm assuming he means the one under the barrel which is basically useless to me) and the stock are removable.)
And David, he's here in Ohio and apparently wants $25 for it. If that catches your fancy and you wanna work out a deal with him then cool. And if you want it more than I do, he's only asking $15 for the G36...maybe you could work some magic with that as well? | |

| David you might as well go on amazon and get a P90. I found a kit with a "scope", flashlight, suppressor, 100 bbs, and a reusable target for $35 shipped. Idk about you but I'd plan on running around my house like rambo a few times before I part it | |

| This place has some great deals on airsoft guns to cannibalize. Especially for the tactical equipment (lights, sights, grips, etc.). http://www.hobbytron.com/SpringAirsoftGuns.htmlAbout to order one with bipod, sight, and grip for just $20! | |

| Lol wanna know what's funny? I also ran around with an airsoft pistol I picked up and shot random things (turning it into a laser pistol that can pop balloons and stuff, pew pew). Kinda funny, and I might just get the P90 with the scope and everything, and also some extra BB's :) | |

| Ok just a thought here. Has anyone done any other guns like say a G36, mp5, or something like that by sticking it in a gutted airsoft gun? | |

| I was just thinking instead of buying a $30 stock and $30 shroud and everything else that seams to be around $30 just buy a $30 airsoft gun lol. Just a thought though | |

| i'd like to think that the general paintball populace would rather get parts that already exist rather than chop up a perfectly good marker LOL...unless its a P90 mod or a FN2000 mod or anything bullpup since it would be easier to fit a marker inside one of those bodies rather than an MP5 or G36...:) id like to see a Famas ..hmmm next project? | |
