| @StormSahdowz I'd love to do a mag fed conversion but the problem is I moded the internals too much to be able to do the mag kit and I'd need to buy a new tac vest for clip puches becasue the one I have now is not MOLLE gear. @Red Panda I found the one you see on the Alpha Black off of ebay because at th time it was the cheapest place to find that part in metal. I searched "Metal Air Soft M16 Upper Reciever" and I had to look a bit to find a metal reciever for my top rail, t handle, and side plate. In order to attach the side plate you simply cut to shape (in toher words make sure if you have a cyclone make sure you can undo the bajo fitting and the hose can reach the cyclone) and then JB Weld it on (JB is a cold weld that sets in 24 hours and you can find it at a harware store for about $10). I'll try finding Clos2727's how to thread and post it up here for you. But if you meant the RIS rail covers on the front end of the gun, I just goggled RIS Rail Covers, picked the cheapest ones and painted over them |
