Hey, not sure how much power we have over the look of these forums and I don't want to step on anyone toes but if anyone in charge needs some help getting the look of this forum (buttons and whatnot) all set up, shoot me a PM and I can do some graphics work.

By banners do you mean like the "Triarius" or "Spec Ops" or whatever, or the picture in signatures?
