my first mod. (REAR MOUNTED ASA)

hey guys done a small mod to the Bravo One............

(had to flat top the Bravo before i carried on.)

First of all made some parts in workshop at work:


 
Next up modify internals:





Add an elbow to the power tube:





Fit these parts together:



......and attach to marker:



(Note had to cut the stock adaptor to allow for fitting)

....attach an elbow to the ASA:



....and fix in place:



....connect elbows together with macro line and fittings:



........and there you have my version of an air thru' stock.

Some pics all painted up, even managed to make my own picattiny rail:





looks a bit battered cos i had a big game before i managed to take pics, lol.

works well, although the std bottle is a bit too long, saving up for a 13cl bottle that accepts a stock.

what are your thoughts?

that is actually pretty cool man, hmm I wonder how many shot you could get with a 12g?

Should get 120 to 150........apparently.

no good for big games, but smaller walk ons maybe?

that would be cool to figure out, and ya just for walk on games
limited ammo and limited air

what would be cool to see is when you get it all worked out,.. making it ionto something you can sell,.. heck,.. id buy one.

a suggestion would be making it a nipple for a remote instead of the whole ASA,...?

Thanks man, but making to sell ain't my thing.........haven't got time or resuorces, lol

Took too many man hours to sort this one.........if I had access to CNC machines, perhaps....

as for adding a nipple, I actually got the idea from someone (I thought on here, but can't find the thread?) who put a nipple for remote line where the elbow exits my marker. That way you keep the stock end of the marker standard.........
