ok, wow been blown away by this game and it well worth the wait!!!
this is for the guys that have the code for the pre-order dlc:
The Blimp, if you have the code you have to call it from your cell and they send it to the nearest open area that it can land but holy hell its a fast sucker and hard to judge the angle since its such a big aircraft....watch the bottom since thats where you are lol The KSG bull-pup shotty is free at Ammunation your powers go down slower also.
Ok keep in mind I broke down last month and bought GTA IV just to feed my addiction so here is my comparison: The graphics, line of site, textures, over all feel is what makes this game seem so fresh The driving I find is ALOT better and smoother. (you can pop your tires doing a burn out.....only problem is most cars are rear wheel drive.. ) The damage to the car is alot more noticeable but I find the font end of cars are made out of paper then metal, too many times I had a crooked wheel or front end which resulted in me limping down the freeway. I LOVE the get away part, rather then having the police know exactly where you are they have search...still a pain some of the times but cool.
The jet is amazing....if you can get past the SAM site or 100 of them lol I took the blimp to the Mount chilliad and jumped out saw a bike I wanted but fell off the cliff...love the graphics of that haha.
the dog is a welcomed character, I was a bad owner though playing fetch in the middle of a intersection was not the smartest of choices
The water is amazing but I haven't dived in there just yet. The shooting mechaincs are pretty cool and the auto aim assist is less glitchy, the slo mo shooting with Michael is so welcomed haha as with the driving with Franklin which I use alot more then what is needed.
I have rode a BMX, Mountain bike, Beach cruiser, dirt bike, street bike, Harley and traveler. I also agree the jet skis are not that great.
I beat the first Heist Mission last night and wow I LOVE this feature, the team you pick depends on what or how quickly you can complete it
I ramble deal with it

they may port it down the road but they built it for the consoles that every one has right now, makes no sense for them to make a game that only a handfull of people will be able to get.....they would never make that $800mil in the first day

Given some of the recent technical issues during these first days of GTA Online, and now that things are starting to look much smoother (touch wood!), we are planning to provide a special stimulus package for all who have played or will play Grand Theft Auto Online this month. We will be dropping a cool half a million GTA$ in the GTA Online bank accounts of all players this month, starting as early as next week.
‘Don’t Spend It All in One Place!’
In order to keep the current worldwide in-game economy balanced, we will be providing this GTA$ to players via two deposits of $250,000. We will announce specific dates as soon as possible, but are currently hoping to be able to make the first deposit by the end of next week (after we’ve confirmed that issues causing game progress loss have been fixed) with the second installment to happen by the end of the month. For players who experienced cloud server errors, connection issues, and lost game progress and characters in these first days of GTA Online, we hope this GTA$ helps to facilitate a fresh start or makes your continued life in Los Santos and Blaine County extra sweet.
Below are a few more details on how it will work. Stay tuned for tips on how to make the most of GTA$ cash, info on ways and places to earn more cash fast, as well as updates on all the new GTA Online content additions we’re working on for this fall and beyond.
You must play or have played Grand Theft Auto Online at any time during the month of October 2013 in order to qualify for the GTA$500,000 deposit in your in-game bank account.
Players will first have to install a forthcoming GTAV title update which we expect to happen next week. That title update (1.04) is expected to fix the remaining instances of issues that have caused vehicle purchase loss and will also enable the functionality through which we’ll be providing this GTA$ stimulus cash to players.
We will announce at the Rockstar Newswire when each deposit is made.
Each of the two GTA$250,000 deposits will be made by Rockstar and should automatically appear in the in-game GTA Online bank accounts of eligible players. Beyond downloading the forthcoming title update mentioned above, there should not be any additional special action required by eligible players to redeem.

Well managed to get the $205, 000 pad with 10 car garage, but can't find any heist planning room yet. I'm only lvl 25 so far. I haven't got my deposit yet either, will keep checking though.

all aparments are the same when you get to the high level ones it should be a room, with a Blue map on the wall and couches also maybe a record or two on the wall its the other room that is not your bedroom.

Found the room (on a different floor in my apartment) but don't know how to start planning a heist yet..lol Does it have something to do with the police vans that Lester tracks for ya? Cos I tried putting that in my new garage but it wouldn't let me.
Thinking we might need to rename this thread "Gta5 discussion" or something.

GTA 5 offline, was definitely the best GTA I have ever played. Online, it's not bad, but not that good either. Every time I play, I'm a team sport, and I do missions, and I always get kicked. When I kill everyone over and over, and destroy others cars, nobody talks to me, but I don't get kicked. I don't understand why. It is a good game though.
On offline, I made my money quite easily.
I turned 600k into about....110m. I bought 1 million of a stock for 60 cents each, and then I have that same stock right now, priced at $110 each. Very good profit.
My actual money that I use came from the stock market too. I have about 50m on Franklin, which is the only one I play as after beating the game, so I have fun.
