| So, I'd like to get a remote line topic going. I'm thinking about getting one, and I was wondering what you guys thought about them, how to use them, and which ones are the best. Thanks! | |

| I use them, otherwise my gun is off balance and heavy. I just bought a new one because the screw cap on my other fell off and it started leaking. I got the valken slide check one. the screw cap is not supposed to come off and it has a slide check that is kinda sticky. but it worked the other day for me. | |

| When ever I first started playing I never used one, but then I started using my brother's pure energy one he never uses, and will never play without one again. As MrSpootenheimer said, without one my gun feels heavy and off balance. I plan on upgrading to a proconnect3 this year though. |

| By that I mean where to put the pouch and vertical vs horizontal pouches. | |

| I have used one my entire paintball life because like others have said the marker is too bulky otherwise. It also throws off the milsim look with a bottle hanging off the end of your gun.
Right now mine is hanging horizontal and I looped the line through a carabeaner do it's not in the way. I can take if you want?

| I always used one until I went dark side. I prefer the Ninja Slide Check to the others since they are easily rebuildable. You can add the Ninja Slide check to anu remote line and they are like $10. On a Milsim marker the tank is just to unweildy. I always ran my tank on my back horizontal above the pods. I would recommend getting a remote line cover from Kanuck as well. It helps keep it from getting tangled up and protects the line from any damage. | |

| I like using the horizontal molle mount because it takes the weight off a little and doesnt push on your spine and bounce around but right now I got it in a voodoo tactical medic pouch and it works great. I use a carabiner to keep the zippers up. also I painted the line, cuz black is wack | |

| i have two remote lines i use, one is a coil and other is a straight line. i use the coil more often when i am running in woods and bushes so it clings closer to body and the straight one when i am in a open field or city styled field. Both are quick connects and the straight also has slide check.
On a my molle i have it positioned horizontal at lower back to counter balance my pods in front

| I currently have 3 remotes, not sure of the brands of 2 of them and the 3rd is a RAP4 that I have a proconnect on (love the proconect btw) Tank is mounted on my back vertically. On that note I run CO2, only choice in my area, does anyone know if I would run into problems running it horizontal? My arms dont move that could to get to the valve at times and have to get someone to turn it on for me lol, horizontal would allow me to have better access to the valve. | |
