ok, i just installed my rufus dwag bolt, and now it cocks really hard i think it might be catching on the side or the power tube might be to big where the bolt slides. do you think a little sanding might help it is pertty lubed up in there.

Did you replace teh power tube as well or just the bolt. It should come with a new power tube.

Ahh crap! I thought this was just mine, the powertube fins is less than a millimeter off, you need to trim it. I actually forgot about this, the bolt has the place where the fins go into on the powertube, the powertube isn't COMPLETELY straight with it enough to go in, take a hand file, or even a nail file and file down a little. You'll see what I mean. I'll have to contact them about it.

Sounds like a job for the worlds most versatile tool.
The trusty dremel.
With a sanding bit on. :)

Mine was 10 squidoo's from tinterblob...eBay to be accurate. Very Happy
Even a lot of the cheap knock offs give decent speeds when not using the batteries.

Every dude on here should get one bought, if not already owned.

Hold your Dremels up to attention brothers.....pmsl
